RETURN
We do not carry a stock, but we make all rings by hand as ordered. In case of manufacturing defaults like cracks or soldering problems, we will make a full refund or replacement.
For any other reasons you have 14 days to ship it back. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the order is back, we will credit money back to your account excluding our shipping cost and 20% of the ring’s cost as our labour fee.

SIZING FEES
In case of sizing, customer is responsible for 50$ CAD fee plus shipping charges.
If the size difference is too great for sizing we will have to make a new ring. Price varies based on the materials used/width/size.
*Exchanging Rings with GEM STONES for a different size are subject to fee.

WHAT IS A COMFORT FIT BAND?
Comfort fit bands are made using extra metal to make the inside of the band slightly domed resulting in a more comfortable fit.
Comfort fit bands are recommended for men as they fit easier over a large knuckle when you are putting your ring on or taking it off due to less friction because it covers less skin surface area.
HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR RING SIZE?
The easiest method is to go to your local jewelry shop and have your fingers sized professionally. It’s best to try lonesome rings in the desired width. Wider rings will feel tighter than the narrower rings, because they cover more finger surface (even if they are both in the same ring size)
