Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because all items in my shop are digital, I’m unable to offer refunds. Please message me before purchasing if you have any questions, I’m happy to help clarify what’s included and usually respond within a few hours (if not right away 😊)

Can I share or resell your templates?

No. All products are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or use as part of your own digital product is not permitted.

How will I receive my files?

Files are available for instant download once your payment is confirmed. You’ll also receive an email from Etsy with a download link. Please read the directions carefully and let me know if you have any trouble!

Can this Notion system sync with my Google Calendar or Outlook?

Yes, Notion now has a native connection with Google Calendar, which lets you display your Google events directly inside Notion Calendar. This is currently a one-way connection, meaning your Google events appear in Notion but edits made in Notion won’t update Google Calendar yet.

For two-way functionality, I’ve created a Zapier automation that connects your Notion workspace to Google Calendar. With this setup, your Notion events will automatically appear in your Google Calendar, helping you stay on top of deadlines and reminders.

Outlook doesn’t yet have a native Notion connection, but you can still use Zapier to sync your events if you prefer Outlook.

Does this work directly inside Microsoft Teams or Planner?

This system is built in Notion, which is a separate platform. While you can open your Notion workspace inside Microsoft Teams for convenience, it won’t automatically sync with Planner or SharePoint.

Some users choose to connect Notion with Microsoft 365 tools using Zapier (a third-party automation tool). Instructions for that are not included with this product, but you can explore tutorials online if you’d like to set that up yourself.

Will this work with the free version of Notion? Do I need any third-party apps?

Yes, everything works perfectly with the free version of Notion. I built and tested the entire system using a free account, so you don’t need any paid features or outside apps to make it work.

You can optionally connect Notion to your Gmail or Google Calendar (among MANY other integrations) if you’d like, but that’s part of Notion’s built-in features - not a requirement for the product.

A full walkthrough video is included so you can see exactly how everything functions before customizing it for yourself.

How is contract progress tracked and displayed in this template?

Contract stages can be viewed in several ways. The template includes kanban boards grouped by status (for example: Pre-Contract, Under Contract, Pending, Closed), and a timeline view that’s color-coded for quick visibility, as well as calendars, lists, etc.

I’ve also added a progress bar feature so you can visually track how far along each deal is. All of these views are customizable, you can add, rename, or rearrange stages to fit your exact workflow.

Can the CRM be translated into French, Spanish, or other languages?

Yes, Notion supports multiple languages, including French, Spanish, German, Italian, and more. Your workspace interface will automatically display in your preferred language.

The template content itself is written in English, but you can easily translate it inside Notion using Notion AI or by manually editing the text once it’s duplicated to your account.

I’ll also be releasing fully translated versions of my most popular templates (starting with French and Spanish) in the future to make them even easier to use worldwide. 🌍✨

Do you offer a version made for brokers or teams?

Not yet, but it’s coming soon! Several brokers are already using the Agent version to manage their teams successfully. It includes customizable dashboards for tracking transactions, commissions, and production, and can easily be adapted for multiple agents.

I’m currently developing a dedicated Broker version that will include advanced features like GCI tracking, agent performance dashboards, production stats, and onboarding systems. This expanded version is planned for release in December/January.
