What is your turnaround time ?
After your purchase, the 1st proof is sent within 1-2 business days. If further changes are requested, new proof will be sent within 1 day. There are included two rounds of revisions. All revisions after that are charged $5/revision.
The final files will be sent to your e-mail address within 1 day after approval. Please note that I often reply immediately. Timezone is listed in the shop's description.
Can I see a preview with my name before I place the order?
Of course ! Send me a message with the design you like and your business name.
Can I use my logo for printing signages, window decals, cards and web?
I create the logos in vectorial format in Adobe Illustrator, so they can be printed from tiny to huge without any loss of resolution.
What type of files will I receive ?
You will receive your logos in the following formats:
Ai or EPS for all type of printing, signages, business cards, window decals, etc. These files are scalable and the colors can be changed in a vector based software.
PNG format that is perfect for web use and small printing also. These will be on a transparent background.
JPEG format for web use. JPG files have a white background.
PNG watermark for each logo.

How to print the files ?
If you want to print the file in a small size, you can do it using your home or office printer.
Otherwise, you can use the printing service from Walmart, Kinkos, Costco, Staples, Office Depot, etc.
Or, you can use an online printing service, like: Shutterfly.com , Mpix.com , WHCC.com, Prodpi.com
Can I get a different size for the printable wall art ?
