Will I have to pay customs or duties (US customers)?
No. Every US order travels Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
Duties and taxes are cleared in advance, so your piece moves freely across borders.
No interruptions, no extra fees.
What is your return policy for US orders?
Duties and taxes are prepaid to US Customs and cannot return once paid.
If you send a piece back, your refund reflects the garment itself, minus the prepaid duties and any shipping upgrades.
For example: on a $100 order, duties are usually around $18–21, deducted from the refund.
Return shipping remains the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not exchange.
If you wish for a different size, color, or shape, return the original piece and begin anew with a fresh order.
