Averilo

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how Averilo collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information received in connection with purchases and communications through Etsy.

1. Personal information we receive

To fulfill an order and provide customer support, Averilo may receive information that a buyer provides to Etsy or authorizes Etsy to share with us. This may include the buyer’s name, email address, order information, transaction details, and messages sent through Etsy.

We do not receive or store full payment card details. Payments are processed through Etsy and its payment service providers.

2. How we use personal information

We use buyer information only when necessary to:

• process and support orders;
• provide access to purchased digital products;
• respond to questions and technical support requests;
• correct order or file-related issues;
• maintain business and transaction records;
• prevent fraud or misuse;
• comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations;
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where required by law, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate business interests, and consent.

We do not use buyer information for unrelated marketing or add buyers to mailing lists without their explicit consent.

3. Sharing of personal information

Buyer information may be shared only when reasonably necessary with:

• Etsy, in accordance with Etsy’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy;
• service providers that assist with secure business operations, recordkeeping, file delivery, or customer support;
• legal, regulatory, or law-enforcement authorities when disclosure is required by law;
• professional advisers where necessary to protect legal rights;
• a successor business in the event of a lawful sale, merger, or transfer of the shop.

Averilo does not sell personal information.

4. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, provide customer support, resolve disputes, maintain required business records, and comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

When information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted, anonymized, or retained only where legally necessary.

5. International data processing

Averilo operates from Thailand, and Etsy operates internationally. Buyer information may therefore be accessed or processed outside the buyer’s country of residence.

We use personal information only for the purposes described in this policy and rely on Etsy’s platform, privacy practices, and applicable legal safeguards for international data processing.

6. Buyer rights

Depending on the buyer’s location, the buyer may have rights regarding personal information, including the right to:

• request access to personal information;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• request deletion of information;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• request data portability;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• submit a complaint to the relevant data protection authority.

Requests relating to information held directly by Etsy should also be submitted to Etsy.
