This policy explains how BJBeyondStudio collects, uses and shares data when you purchase an item, send a request or use the shop’s services through Etsy. It does not apply to Etsy’s activities or to third-party services not controlled by the shop; their respective privacy policies apply.

DATA COLLECTED

To process an order, I may receive from Etsy your name, email address, order details and payment information handled by the platform. For personalized products, you may also provide the pet’s name and photographs, text and creative preferences.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES

I use data only to perform the contract and deliver the order, provide support, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, improve the service and comply with tax, legal and Etsy requirements. I do not use data received from Etsy for unsolicited marketing.

SHARING

I share data only when necessary with Etsy and, solely for creating or delivering the order, with trusted technical service providers. I may also process or disclose data when required by law, to protect rights and safety or as part of a lawful business transfer.

RETENTION AND TRANSFERS

I retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal and tax obligations. Etsy or technical service providers may process data outside the EEA under the safeguards described in their policies and applicable law.

RIGHTS

If you live in the EEA, you may request access, correction, restriction, portability, objection or deletion of your data, subject to legally required retention. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
