When will I get my order?

Etsy provides an Estimated delivery range before you checkout. Please double check that before placing your order so you know when you can expect your order. Please keep in mind that these are ESTIMATES provided by Etsy and NOT guaranteed - especially during holidays or serve weather. We do not offer refunds for delivery delays.
Adding Priority or Express Priority DOES NOT speed up shipping your purchase. It only speeds up the delivery from USPS.
We do not issue refunds for delivery delays.

Can I change my address after I placed my order?

We will only ship orders to the address provided at checkout. This protects you, the buyer and us, the seller against fraud. Etsy will not protect a buyers purchase if the address is changed after checking out. So, please make any changes to the address PRIOR to checking out.

Can I cancel my order?

No, our policy is that we do not accept cancellations or modification to orders as items go into production very quickly.

Can I return or exchange my order?

All items are made to order so it is our policy that we do not offer exchanges or returns.
Please be sure to use our size charts to make sure you're selecting the best size. If you have any questions about sizing please reach out so we can help you. We are happy to remake any item that we made an error on. Items or orders that are returned without our approval will not be refunded. The will be refused and returned.

My order shows delivered but I haven't recieved it

My order isn't right

We strive to provide top quality items and do our best to make sure each one is perfect and correct. However, we are human and we occasionally make mistakes. We will correct any item that we have made incorrectly or made a mistake on by sending a new item to you. Please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds.

Can I customize or personalize an order?

Yes, most items can be customized and some personalized. Please reach out to use prior to placing your order to see if it can be done

Can you guarantee I will have my order by a certain date?

No, we cannot make any guarantees to a specific delivery date. If you need something by a certain please message us PRIOR to placing an order to see if we think it's doable. Please do not add a note at check out to say ' I need this by ... unless you have talked to us first. Orders will not be cancelled, or refunded as delivery estimates are provided by Etsy prior to purchasing.

Are designs vinyl, DTG, DTF or sublimation?

We use professional grade vinyl and DTF designs. This gives the best vibrancy. Design will not fade, flake, peel or crack.

My order was returned to sender. Now what?

If an order is returned to sender due any insufficient address information, the customer is responsible for ALL reshipping fees. The customer will be contacted with a link to purchase the new shipping. The customer is responsible for making any changes to the address PRIOR completing the purchase of the reshipping cost. As address will not be changed after the purchase is complete. If the customer does not complete the purchase of the reshipping fees within 30 days, the item(s) will be donated.
