Why is international shipping so high?
If you are purchasing an 8x10 Print, a shipping overage will be refunded to you, as the cost to ship an 11x14 Print is a lot more.
Can you change colors on a design?
YES! Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need any of the designs in a different color.
Can I purchase a design in a different size from you?
Yes you can, please contact me prior to your purchase as I will be creating a custom listing just for you.
If the items are digital, why is there shipping information in your policies?
As of April 2016 Etsy changed the policy section to be a single uniform policy section and unfortunately did not make allowance for digital item sellers to note that "NO ITEMS ARE SHIPPED" "DIGITAL FILE ONLY" Therefore, whenever you see information about when an item is "shipped", you should consider that this is when an item is "emailed" or sent to you via an Etsy conversation, as per the listing. Digital sellers are working with Etsy to improve this aspect of the new policy section and I apologize in advance for any confusion.
Can you make this print larger?
Most prints are offered at 8x10 size. Some digital prints are offered at larger sizes. You can, however, print the 8x10 to an 11x14 with very little loss of resolution, and you can print an 8x10 as a 5x7 Please note that you may lose some of the design on the left & right side if you print the 8x10 as a 5x7 (roughly 3/8th of an inch on each side). The larger you print above the original size, the more fuzziness will appear. The best quality is always at the original size. If you would like a larger size - please check with me first, as it is not always possible.
Returns & Exchanges
As per my policy, I do not accept returns or exchanges, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Should your prints arrive damaged, please contact me with a photo of the damage.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me. Please email me right away if there's a problem with your order and I will work together with you to make it right,
If a refund is issued, it will cover the purchase price, minus the shipping cost.
There are no refunds for digital items. There are no refunds for custom/personalized designs (digital and physical items) unless there was an issue on my part.
