Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once this time has passed, the order will move into production and can no longer be fully canceled.
Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover production and material costs.
For custom or image-personalized orders, a $5 design fee will be charged if the order is canceled.
Non-Refundable / Non-Replaceable Cases
Refunds or replacements cannot be provided in the following situations:
• Incorrect size selection due to not reviewing the size chart
• Change of mind after the item has been delivered
• Personalization mistakes resulting from incorrect information provided by the buyer
