Shipping was on time, but the packaging itself was rather unsuitable for shipping from the UK to Switzerland. Several parts were different sizes or missing. Multiple attempts to contact the seller resulted in either no response or, after a long wait, a promise that the missing parts would be replaced immediately. Several follow-up inquiries remained unanswered. After 2 months I contacted ETSY, who resolved the matter directly.

Very nice display piece. The glue holding the white acrylic on the back could have been done cleaner. Overall looks great.

I can't comment on the quality of the item because I only received a small part of it in the shipment, then after a quick response from the seller to my initial note, I received no further replies or attempts to remedy the situation. I want to believe the item is actually good, but as others have already commented, shipments are incomplete and the seller is not communicative, so I'm really unsure if there is any validity to it. I'll give benefit of the doubt and assume the seller isn't malicious and is just overwhelmed and cannot keep up with communications. Either way, the experience was awful and I would not recommend ordering from this seller.

Very happy with this golf ball rack. The seller specially adapted the number of holes to be 10x4 for a 40th birthday. I am sure recipient will be delighted. Would recommend for an unusual, golf lover’s present.

The item is great and just what we wanted - we’ve had 4 from this seller but the delivery was very slow and I had to chase several times.
