We iterate relentlessly, printing, refining, and filling trash buckets with prototypes until each piece becomes something we'd be proud to showcase in our own homes.
Plastic was a mid-century breakthrough: cheap to produce, easy to shape, and perfect for bold, colorful, futuristic forms. 3D printing modernizes that breakthrough; it lets us develop prototypes fast and print lamps on demand using more environmentally-friendly, plant-based plastic, keeping costs down without cutting corners.
We stand by our work, and we do it to make people happy. If anything arrives damaged or breaks over the course of regular use, we’ll replace it.
Consumer Goobs is run by Nick Arciaga, an artist and illustrator from the world of animation who always wanted to be an Imagineer.
