I usually recommend premium for the instant pots and windows. It is a more durable vinyl and will last longer, especially if you will need to wipe it down from time to time.

Basic is great for walls and craft projects, or areas that won't have a lot of contact.

When ordering WHITE in silhouettes (decals of people), they may look like a negative image. In some decals, I can add a border around the image so it actually reverses the decal. I will send a sample back if this applies to your order.

I ship orders with USPS first class mail (standard postage stamp) which unfortunately does not come with tracking. I do this to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Most smaller decals are shipped in a white 9x6 envelope so some customers have mentioned they have mistaken it for junk mail.

You also have the option to upgrade the shipping option to receive tracking for a small increase, or USPS Priority Mail.

You can customize any decal to a different size. If the size option is not listed, please message me for pricing for larger size options. If you would like to shrink the decal just a bit (for example to fit the Instant Pot mini vs. the 6qt, just make a note at checkout and I will shrink it before shipping. Some of the very detailed designs do not cut well smaller. I will let you know if this applies to your order.

I'm happy to create custom orders. Custom designs can take 1-2 weeks to get a sample proof back, depending on the volume of orders in production. Please be detailed in your request: image, sizing and font styles. You can also attach a picture if available. This will help get a sample back to you quickly.

Heat Transfer vinyl (HTV) is also available in any design! HTV will come with with a sheet of parchment paper and application instruction. Message me for sizing and I can add the option to the listing. The in-stock colors are more limited, but can be ordered if you have the time to spare.

I do not accept any responsibility for the application process. You are responsible to make sure you are using the appropriate material and applying correctly. There are many video tutorials online if you are nervous about the application.
