Which size should I order?
Please refer to the size chart provided in each listing to choose the best fit based on your body measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Can you embroider on the inside of the sleeves?
We currently embroider on the outside of the sleeves only, as it's not possible to securely place the embroidery hoop on the inside.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Due to our fast processing times, changes cannot be made once an order is confirmed. However, if you've made a mistake, please contact us within 1–2 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate the revision.
What if the color or size I want is out of stock?
If your preferred size or color is unavailable, you can place the order with an alternative option, then leave a note in the “Message to Seller” box at checkout. We’ll adjust it manually if possible.
Who handles customs clearance and fees?
Buyers are responsible for customs fees and import duties in their own country. We, as the seller, do not manage or pay for customs clearance or associated charges.
