However if something is trademarked I won't be able to process that order.
Custom Logo Digitizing (additional fee) also available which will need a few extra days in production time to send mock ups for approval before orders are embroidered. For custom logos I will need a jpeg or vector image sent through etsy convo to set up a custom listing.

PLEASE NOTE:
●Stock photos for color selection of items and thread color charts are from the manufacturers and are meant to be a close representation of the color. Colors will not be an exact match as all computers and other electronic devises will display differently as well as the photos I take for display purposes. I do my best to use natural lighting and this changes from day to day so colors will display differently. Also keep in mind the #1 selling cap style are the pigment dyed caps which are made with a special dye and washing process which results in unique variations of color and distress (faded look) intensity from one hat to the next. A washed black cap will appear with a gray or charcoal look and will not be a solid dark black. Same with the olive caps, these too may have a gray / green look. Forest caps are often dark and may at times appear black. The amount of distress (faded look) is largely based on weather the cap came from the beginning middle or end of the dye batch. Beginning of each batch will have the boldest color and slowly gets lighter and lighter. This is done at the factory and I have no control of the batch colors. This is why sometimes customers leave feedback thinking they have gotten a gray cap rather than black or olive.
●Caps are One Size Fits Most. Be sure to read the listing description to know if you are purchasing the unstructured low profile cap or the structured mid profile cap as well as if it's an adjustable fabric strap, leather strap, snap back etc..

When Will My Order Ship
Production times are listed in each product description and are typically 2–5 business days, (bulk order listings 5-10 business days) not including transit time.
To keep production moving quickly, mockups are not provided. Mockups can be added, production time starts upon mock up approval.(this will push back the ship date seen at checkout)
Etsy’s “Order today and get by” dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. USPS transit times are also estimates and outside of my control.
Refunds are not issued due to these discrepancies or delayed deliveries caused by USPS.
I Want To Return My Order
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items (including selections of item color, size, font, thread, or text) are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Some non-personalized designs (such as select mom/dad hats or big brother/big sister hats using library fonts and standard thread colors (white)) may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a $6.00 restocking fee per item.

Returns or refunds are not issued due to fit preference, size expectation, or color variation.
Filling Out Your Address / Return To Sender Packages
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and USPS-verified address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a new shipping label must be purchased to reship the order.
Original shipping labels cannot be reused
No refunds on custom, made to order, or personalized items
Non-custom items returned to sender may receive a 50% refund (excluding shipping) after 2 weeks
USPS Delays or Tracking Says Delivered But I Don't Have The Package
I am not responsible for USPS delays. Refunds are not issued for transit delays.
Once tracking shows “Delivered,” my seller obligation has been fulfilled. If your package is missing, please contact your local USPS office to request a GPS delivery scan.
I’m happy to assist by filing a claim online on your behalf, but USPS will not provide updates to sellers.

Measuring Your Head for UNISEX - ONE SIZE FITS MOST (OSFM) SIZE RANGE
OSFM fits approximately 20 5/8" – 24" head circumference.
Measure ½ inch above your eyebrows for best fit.
Hats fitting backward will also fit forward.
How Do Unstructured Low Profile Baseball Caps Fit?
Unstructured hats are soft, flexible, and mold to your head shape. They are lightweight, casual, and less stiff than structured hats.
