Your files will be available directly after payment. On your computer go to http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
1) DESKTOP COMPUTER
To download the files, go to Purchases And Reviews in your Etsy account.
2) GUEST CHECKOUT
If you purchased as a guest, Download Links will be sent to the email address you used upon purchased.
3) MOBILE DEVICE
If you’re using mobile device app, use BROWSER of your device (Do Not Use Mobile App), login to etsy.com. Click on ‘You’ (or your profile photo on the top right corner). Click “Purchase And Reviews”. Click “Download Files” links next to your order

You should be able to download immediately after purchase, however in some cases a few minutes are required to confirm payment.

Printable files are digital products that you can download instantly after purchase. Instead of receiving a physical item in the mail, you’ll get a file (usually PDF, JPG, or PNG) that you can print at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service. This means you can start using your worksheets, coloring pages, or journals right away, as many times as you like.
Most of my products are in PDF format. You can open them with free programs like Adobe Acrobat Reader.
All items in my shop are digital items. No physical items will be shipped.
