Gift wrapping and packaging
Items come in either a re-useable linen bag with a F&H leather tag or are wrapped in coloured tissue paper with a F&H logo sticker. I don't supply items in gift boxes as they are simply too expensive for a small business to buy in small quantities and this is a cost I don't want to pass onto you. Items are posted depending on their size, in either a brown cardboard box or padded envelope (not plastic). Boxes and envelopes are fully recyclable.
Custom and personalised orders
Items can be personalised with a set of initials, name or date and special characters. The character height is 6mm so easily legible. My brass stamps are CAPITALS only. If you require a set of initials you can have with or without full stops, so for example J.G.L or JGL.
If you have your own logo I can put you in touch with a brass stamp maker. There will be an additional cost to have the brass stamp made and you will need to deal with the maker directly. It can be arranged for the stamp to be sent directly to me and in turn once your order is made I will return the stamp to you along your custom order and at no extra cost.
How long will my order take
All my products are made to order with a choice of either leather type / colour and stitching thread colours. As all my products are made to order they take time, care and patience, 'all good things are worth the wait'. Please see listing for individual turn around times.
