1 out of 5 starsItem was not silver, it was a thin metal coated plastic or something that was bubbly and snapped. wasn’t the same as in the shop photos, it was similar but more of a temu looking item. I did reach out to the seller who said I could send it back for a refund but he ended up refunding me without me having to send it back. that’s the only reason I rated the customer service good.

For transparency, the ring is made from S925 sterling silver as described, though surface imperfections can occasionally occur during transit due to pressure, impact, or environmental conditions. That said, we completely understand your disappointment, which is why we promptly issued a full refund to make things right. 5 out of 5 starsThe ring is quite beautiful and made of quality materials. The ring looks really nice on my finger. The package was estimated to be delivered May 30 - Jun 1, but it didn’t arrive until Jun 5. I realize delivery is dependent on the shipper, so I don’t fault the seller.
