5 out of 5 starsThe sign arrived quickly and without damage. I thought the font would be different and that the last names would be stacked, not next to each other. Also, this is a digital print on the tile, not several tiles put together. It’s nice, but not what I expected.

Thank you for the review. The font had to be different from the example shown, as it was the only way to fit all the text inside the square.

Unclaimed package
Unclaimed items, which are returned to us, you will be contacted and informed, and if you want a new shipment, the shipping costs will be charged (the price varies depending on the weight and number of items).
In these situations, refunds are not made.
Shipping - Tracking
All orders are sent by registered mail or international priority mail with proof of delivery and tracking number which is provided after the order has been shipped.

All of our product are custom printed and produced, just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each product has specific care instructions that are mentioned in the item description, please read the item description before making your purchase. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me.
Digital Prints - download
After the purchase is completed, you will receive an email from Etsy with a link that will take you to the page where you can download the files and save them.
Then, just choose the file size that matches with the chosen frame and print it at home using high quality paper and your printer’s best setting or, for best results, go to your local print shop.
Shipping - Delays and lost orders
Delivery times are an estimate according to the last shipments, this information is updated frequently, and is mentioned in the product listing.
During holidays seasons there may be delays in delivering orders, these delays are not our responsibility.
We are also not responsible for customs duties or VAT on international orders.
If you have not received your order after the expected date, you should contact us within 30 days so we can find out if the order is actually lost, and then we can resend a new order or make a refund. Do not let the 30-day deadline pass, as after this period it will not be possible to accept the claim.
In any situation mentioned above, you can contact us, we will do our best to help you.
Problem with the order after receiving it - Damaged items
If you have any problems with your order after receiving it (incorrectly printed, damaged or poor image quality) you must contact us within 15 days to receive a new item. Refunds will not be made in these situations.
In exceptional cases (where the shipment of a second item does not arrive in time for the date you want) a refund may be made but only for the value of the item (does not include shipping costs).

Gift wrapping is only available for jewelry items, for other items, we do not offer wrapping paper or a gift card.
Jewelry items comes in a small velvet bag that also serves as gift wrapping. If you would like a cardboard jewelry box instead of a velour bag, or to add a gift messag, please contact me immediately after your purchase.
