Care instructions
To ensure the lasting beauty of your handmade gemstone jewellery, please handle them with love and care, clean the jewellery with soft polishing cloth, do not use sonic cleaners or commercial jewellery cleaners to clean your jewellery. Avoid silver dips, liquids and chemicals. Remove jewellery prior to bed, bathing, swimming and doing sports. Also, it is a good idea to put your Jewellery on after applying make-up, creams, perfume and hair spray.
What is gold-filled?
Gold-filled is an affordable and quality alternative to solid gold. It's an actual layer of gold-pressure bonded over a core of base metal (not sterling silver), it has 1/20th by weight layer of 14 Karat gold. It is unlike gold plate, it will not wear off or tarnish.

Sizing details
For necklace and bracelet, please ensure you choose the correct size before ordering, a 20% fee will be charged to exchange your item if you incorrectly order the wrong size and need to exchange it for a different size. Shipping delays and lost/damaged packages
FebruaryTen is NOT responsible for shipping delays and lost/damaged packages. I have no control of the parcel once I posted the order. Please contact me with detailed photos if your package is damaged on arrival, and I can file a claim with the post office on behalf of you.
Return
After you received the item, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact me and return the item within 7 days of delivery. All items MUST be returned in new and unused condition in original packaging. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

DDP Shipping Service for US Deliveries
All US orders are shipped with Australia Post using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. Duties and taxes are prepaid before shipment to help avoid customs delays and ensure you won’t be charged any additional fees at delivery.
