Yes! All items are 3D printed in small batches and made to order. Each piece is created with care and attention to detail, which means slight variations may occur — making every item uniquely yours.
🕰️ How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically processed in the order they are received. Completion time varies by print. Shipping time is separate and varies by location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
📦 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll be happy to help.
❌ Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
🎨 Will the color look exactly like the photos?
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. I do my best to accurately represent each item, but slight differences are normal.
