This Privacy Policy describes how and when Fluffy Bird Design ("I", "me", "my") collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase an item from my shop (https://fluffybirddesign.etsy.com), contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

By purchasing from or interacting with Fluffy Bird Design, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of my services. This policy may be updated from time to time. If changes occur, the date at the top will be revised.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third-party services you access through Etsy. Please review Etsy’s Privacy Policy for more information about their data practices.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (authorised through Etsy), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment details, and product information. You may also provide additional personal information if you contact me directly.

I collect, use, and share your information in the following ways: to provide my services (including fulfilling your order, customer support, and dispute resolution); when you have given consent, such as subscribing to updates (you may revoke this at any time); if required to comply with a legal obligation (for example, tax laws); and for my legitimate interests, if not overridden by your rights, such as improving my services and complying with Etsy’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

I take the protection of your personal information seriously. I share your data only when necessary. I share information with Etsy to provide my services and comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I currently don’t use additional third-party processors beyond Etsy’s integrated systems and my email provider, but if I do in future, I will only share information necessary to provide my services. If I sell or merge my business, information may be shared as permitted by law. I may also collect, use, retain, and share information if required to respond to legal requests, prevent fraud, or protect my rights and customers.

I retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide my services or comply with legal and regulatory requirements. I generally keep data for five (5) years.

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US or other jurisdictions. If I transfer data outside the EU, I rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or other legally recognised safeguards.

If you reside in certain territories (including the EU and UK), you have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, to change, restrict, or delete your data (unless legally required to keep it), to object to processing for legitimate interests or marketing, and to complain to your local data protection authority if you believe I’ve mishandled your information.
