I'm sorry you have been having problems with your printable product. I recommend printing forms on 80gsm paper, its clear printing, economical and easy to write on. I have emailed you to see if you have resolved your issue and if not you are more than welcome to email me for more advice.

I can imagine it was frustrating that Canva wanted to charge you for a resize. It took me less than a minute to do it for you and of course at no cost, links in your inbox. There is a clickable link on the PDF you downloaded direct to my email with an invitation to inform me of any problems, I'm here to help so please ask.Thank you X

Can I print my template?
Yes! Once you have finished personalising your template in Canva, take these steps to save a printer-friendly PDF. In canva in your editing window at the top click file - download - PDF Print and viola printable template.
Can you do the work for me?
Yes, custom and personalised orders are available.

Not sure how to use Canva, no problem I can fill in the menu for you using your item descriptions and price list. starts from £55
Design your menu, wix website or branding kit using your ideas and specifications £75 -£475

Can I change the colours and fonts on my template?
You absolutely could if you want to, however please check the shop as some menus have been created in multiple colours and different fonts which means the work has already been done for you.
I'm having trouble finding my download link, can you let me know where it is?
Your download link is available on purchase and shows up on your transaction completion page, if you have clicked off this page without downloading, click on your profile picture on the top right and in the drop down menu click on purchases and you will find it there. If you are still having trouble please get in touch.
