All my pillow cover sizes are stated in the title and again in the item details. I use standard pillow form sizes when creating my designs, with a few exceptions.

Some makers choose to make their pillow covers slightly smaller than a standard pillow insert. While I am happy to make your order a custom size to suit your desired pillow form, all my standard covers are true-to-size and are the measurements I state, within 1/8”.

Again, if you’d prefer the final measurement to be slightly smaller, contact me and I’ll see what I can do!

If you are having trouble locating a pillow form/insert for one of my covers, contact me... I can write a custom order for you! I do charge additional shipping because it’s a larger item than a flat cover.

I love doing custom orders! I make things to the exact measurements you provide, so it will be exactly what you are looking for in size.

I am happy to make additional/alternative fabric suggestions to a point, but I can't read your mind or visit your place so please try to give me as much insight as possible as to what you are wanting. Pictures are always helpful!

Anything that is a custom dimension made especially for you and your desired dimensions may be considered “custom” and may not be eligible for return. It depends on how different from the listing your measurement request is. But if there is a problem, contact me and we will work together to solve it.

This policy also includes specifically requested fabric combinations.

Due to the everyday-use nature of pillow covers, they can get dirty. I recommend hand washing with a mild detergent (such as Woolite) or spot cleaning as a first resort. Also air dry on a flat surface.

I test a swatch of all my fabrics with this method before I decide to create with them.

I cannot be responsible for the condition of your item if you choose to use any other method before trying the procedure recommended above.

For light colored pillow covers, Scotchguard spray is wonderful!

All my products are shipped from a smoke-free, pet-free home in NEW zip-closure plastic bags. If you'd like me to gift wrap something, let me know and I'll see what I can do!

The answer depends on what you order.

Sometimes using the decor fabric on both sides isn’t possible because I simply don’t have enough.

Sometimes doing that will mean I wipe out my entire supply of a fabric I can’t get anymore.

So I might decline and if it means we can’t do business, I accept that as a part of having this policy.

But when I’m able and willing to make your covers with the decor fabric on both sides, there will be an additional 50% charge that you’ll purchase via a separate custom listing. So your $20 cover is an additional $10... so, $30 in the end.

Why? Well, you’ve asked me to use the most expensive part...twice. I could charge double, but it’s not double everything else.

Whenever possible, I set aside a few swatches of each fabric I use in order to have a sample to send out. I realize it can be hard to really see colors online and determine the quality of fabrics. So if you're not sure, contact me and I will let you know if I've got a swatch of what you are considering.

If I do, I will send it to you free of charge if you’re in the US. It's a very small swatch, but it should give you a good idea of what you'll get.

Due to the cost of shipping outside the US, I will split the shipping fee, if there are any that apply. But I’ll do my best to not charge any fees.

I’ve changed how I do my shipping and I’m trying calculated shipping. So if you’ve ordered from me in the past, you will find my rates to be cheaper. But now that USPS is offering tracking on nearly every package, I’m giving less expensive shipping a try.

If you’ve never ordered from me, I hope you’ll find my rates to be more competitive. But if you feel you’re being WAY overcharged, please know that I absolutely always refund shipping overages over $1.50.

If you’d like me to use USPS Priority for 2-3 day delivery, let me know when you order. I’ll write a custom listing for the additional amount needed to ship to you. If it’s time to ship and you haven’t purchased the shipping upgrade listing, I will send your order the original way.

I don't live in a mansion with unlimited storage capacity and I'm betting you don't either. I personally don't have room to store specialty pillows I use for 4-5 weeks a year.

So pillows covers make sense because they store easily in a plastic zipper bag (with a small piece of dryer sheet maybe?). You could probably store a whole year's worth of pillow-related decor in one plastic storage tub!

Invest in quality pillow inserts with a zipper so you can easily open them and add more fluff when they de-pouf. It's also a more mindful way to decorate by not wasting all the materials that make up a decorative pillow when tastes change.

Sometimes fabrics can have imperfections from the manufacturer and while I try my best to work around these errors, sometimes the fabric just has too many and I have to buy more. When I can't find more of that exact fabric, I do my best to find a close substitute. If I can't find a close enough sub, I will not offer any more of that pillow cover. If I have to substitute a fabric and you don't like what I've done, please contact me within the 7 day time frame and I'll happily take a return, if I receive it back within 14 days. But I want to be clear that it's not due to misrepresentation... I only want to provide you with the best product available.

When we are working together to find your fabric for a custom order, I suggest fabrics in the same price range (per yard) as what I would buy for any other item in my shop. If I make a suggestion based on your style indications that use a more expensive fabric, the price for your pillow cover may be more than what I normally charge. I will inform you of the additional costs in advance.

If you are using one of my shop items as an inspiration for a custom order, please specify what design elements you want included or excluded (example: matching or contrasting piping, red ribbon instead of pink). Without specifics, I'll think you want it designed exactly like my inspiration listing. I'm a terrible guesser as to what drew you to my items!
