Frequently asked questions
How do I get my template?
After you buy, download the PDF from your Etsy purchases page. Tap "Make my copy" (or scan the QR code) and the template opens in your own Google Drive, ready to use.
Do I need Google Sheets?
Yes — you need a free Google account. Templates work in Google Sheets on computer, phone and tablet. They aren't designed for Excel or Numbers.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your copy lives privately in your own Google Drive. We never see what you type.
Is it dated for 2027?
Yes, every template is set up for 2027. You also get free lifetime updates — your PDF link always opens the newest version.
Can I customize it?
Absolutely. Rename categories, add your own items, and make it yours. Each template comes with a step-by-step guide at getplanly.com.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. If anything isn't working, message us and we'll make it right.
