Why I need your information and how I use it
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use and share your information, including:
• as necessary to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, resolve disputes or provide customer support;
• Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services for my store, such as a delivery company. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform those services.
• Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, store and share your information if I have a good faith belief that doing so is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activities, security or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property and safety of my customers or others.
• I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also need to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce my agreements. I generally retain your data for the following period of time: 4 years.

Your Rights
If you live in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights regarding your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, some rights only apply in certain limited circumstances. I describe these rights below:
• Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the details below.
• Amend, restrict, delete. You may also have the rights to amend, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Except in exceptional circumstances (such as where I need to hold data for legal reasons), I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
• Object. You may object to (i) me processing some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing communications from me where you have explicitly consented to receive them. In such cases, I will erase your personal information unless I have compelling legitimate grounds to continue using the information or where it is necessary for legal reasons.
• Complain. If you are an EU resident and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
