Frequently asked questions
You claim the prints to be premium; what kind of paper do you use for the DIY print variation?
For our DIY print option, we use giclée printing on heavyweight fine art paper.
The paper is 310gsm (9.1 oz/yd²) with a velvet matte finish and a subtle textured surface—more substantial and tactile than standard photo rag. It has a warm, natural white tone, which works especially well for Western artwork, paintings, and high-contrast imagery.
This paper is vegan-certified, designed for fine art reproduction, and optimized for rich blacks, controlled highlights, and long-term durability. It’s the same class of paper commonly used for limited editions, lithographs, and gallery-quality prints.
I want to order a large size. What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged, we’ll replace it. Contact us within 48 hours with a few photos of the issue, and we’ll handle the replacement with no return shipping needed.
Do you offer aluminum frames for prints?
Yes, we offer aluminum frame options in most sizes up to 24×36.
The artwork is produced using giclée printing on fine art paper, then finished with a smooth, matte aluminum frame. The result is a clean, modern presentation with a natural white tone and a refined, minimal look. Frames are available in black, gold, and silver finishes, with perspex glazing for protection.
If you’re looking for a lighter, more contemporary alternative to wood, aluminum frames are a great option. Message us for custom options and quotes!
What is the best cleaning method for preserving my artwork forever?
To maintain your artwork, gently dust with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid water, cleaning products, and prolonged direct sunlight to help preserve color and quality over time.
Are your frames made of real wood?
Absolutely.
Every frame is handcrafted from real wood and finished by professionals in collaboration with our fine art studio. We take pride in providing a quality product at an accessible price.
