We ship via USPS Ground Advantage to keep costs down. USPS delivery estimates for Ground Advantage are not always accurate. If you live on the west coast (or further) your order may take 2 or more weeks to arrive, even if Etsy estimates 3-5 days. If you'd like your order shipped faster, let us know and we'll post a reserved listing for you using Priority Mail but it may not make a difference according to the USPS.

We have no control over a package once it is shipped, but if you think yours is lost, please contact us and we'll file a missing mail claim and/or a claim for reimbursement once the time period for lost mail has exceeded.

We ship our lokta paper sheets rolled, in tubes, so your paper is free of creases. Our paper just fits our new (smaller) 22-inch tubes (anything longer is subject to a USPS $4 surcharge).

If you wish to purchase multiple items, we will combine them, if possible, and reimburse you any overage. If purchasing rolled paper and a non-rolled item (such as cards), we have to ship in two packages.
