Enter the name or wording exactly as you want it printed, following the instructions in the listing. For designs with two names or lines, label each line clearly. Check spelling and capitalization before checkout. If you need a different layout, please message us before ordering. We will contact you through Etsy Messages if anything needs clarification.

A digital proof is available upon request. Please ask before ordering or include your request with the order. When a proof is requested, production begins after you approve it through Etsy Messages. Approval delays or additional revisions may extend the processing time. Orders without a proof request are prepared using the personalization supplied at checkout.

You will receive a physical printed canvas in the size and finish selected. “Canvas Only” or “Only Canvas Roll” includes the printed canvas without a hanger. “Natural Wood Hanger” and “Black Wood Hanger” include the canvas with the selected magnetic wooden hanger and hanging cord. Sizes and available options vary by listing. Room accessories shown in photos are styling props.

Our wooden hangers use magnetic rails to hold the top and bottom of the canvas; they are not permanently attached. Hanger options include a hanging cord. Canvas-only orders do not include a hanger. Keep the print indoors and dry, and gently dust it with a soft cloth. Avoid soaking, machine washing or scrubbing the printed surface.

Customization is available for many designs. Message us before ordering with your preferred colors, wording, or size. We will confirm what is possible and provide pricing before production begins.

Screen settings and room lighting can affect how colors appear. Small differences between the digital preview and the finished print are normal. If you are matching a specific color, please contact us before ordering.

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. Custom requests or designs requiring proof approval may need additional time. The estimated delivery date shown by Etsy includes both production and shipping.

Orders ship from our Texas studio. Standard U.S. shipping is included in the listed price. See checkout for delivery estimates, upgrades and international shipping charges. International delivery can take 4–5 weeks, and customs processing may add time. Any applicable import charges are shown at checkout or assessed by the destination country. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date. Tracking is added to your Etsy order when your package ships.

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending an item back. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Personalized and custom-made items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a production error, please contact us through Etsy Messages with clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue so we can help arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.
