I had to open a case with Etsy, and they issued an immediate refund, which suggests this may not be an isolated issue. Disappointed with the experience—would not recommend purchasing from this shop.

1 out of 5 starsNever got the product. Waited for a very long time and the seller never bother to reply or provide any update. I did not get the product but with this attitude, I would assume a bad product as well. Keep away. Etsy did step up and gave me a full refund after cancelling the order.

1 out of 5 starsSeller doesn’t communicate at all. Sent multiple messages after Etsy estimate on delivery had passed. Ordered on February 3rd, March 3rd seller said it would ship “tomorrow” and that’s the only communication I received. Postal tracking showed that it still hadn’t shipped for a week I sent a few more messages with no response. It was delivered March 30th almost 3 months after it was ordered. Item showed up in 2 separate pieces that isn’t shown on any picture. I had to clean up the item as the edges were rough. Driving down the road it rattles and needs a rubber mat below it to prevent that. If the seller communicated better I would’ve given a better rating. My advice to the seller. Don’t say it will ship tomorrow and don’t ship it. Also message people back and explain you are backed up and it will be a month or 2

1 out of 5 starsEtsy decided that my old shipping address was ok to use, and that is not the seller's fault. When I messaged the seller to give him the correct address, I received no response for days over the course of several attempts to communicate. I finally told him I was going to dispute the credit card charges and then he finally responded. I gave him my correct address for the 2nd time, and I heard no more from him. Still haven't heard from him, and the tracking number shows the product still hasn't shipped. Unbelievably bad customer "service."
