I am a home health physical therapist with over two decades of experience, specializing in senior rehabilitation. I wrote Chair Yoga Revolution for Seniors to expand my knowledge and reach beyond one-on-one care, helping seniors improve mobility, balance, and overall well-being through accessible movement and mindful practices.
