How do I customise my photo magnet?
To customise your photo magnet, simply upload your photo during the checkout process. Make sure your image is high-quality for the best print results.
What is the turnaround time?
The production time for custom photo magnets is typically 1 business day for less than 50 magnets. Shipping usually takes an additional 1-3 business days within Australia, depending on your location. We’ll notify you once your magnets are shipped!
What is your return policy?
As each photo magnet is custom made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or damaged. If your magnets are not up to your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll be happy to discuss the issue.
Care instructions
Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth.
Avoid exposure to extreme heat or moisture.
Keep them on clean, smooth metal surfaces to ensure the magnet adheres properly.
