5 out of 5 starsThe whole experience was seamless. They were patient with me, even as I changed the design multiple times. They gave suggestions to really make it pop. I love the quality as well, it doesn't look cheap. I really really like the keychain as well! It is a nice metal, not plastic, which surprised me. All in all, it was a great purchase.
