Which size best fits an adult face?

Recognizing that each face is uniquely structured, I have included a size chart to help buyers find the most comfortable fit.

Based on observation, Large is a standard size that fits most adult faces.
Medium fits petite/slender faces or those with shortened facial features.
Extra-large best fits individuals with a wider ear-to-ear or jawline frame.

How long does it typically take for an order to be processed and shipped?

It takes 2-3 days to process and complete made-to-order purchases. Processing time is dependent on the quantity that was purchased within the order and the amount of orders received within that purchase date. Once the order is completed, it is dropped off at the USPS.

Delivery/shipping will be dependent on the type of label purchased (first-class, priority, express).

What does made-to-order mean?

Made-to-order means that the masks are made according to the buyer’s specifications rather than having premade masks in stock.

What is the shipping time during Covid-19?

Unfortunately, I do not have a definite answer for delivery time. What I have noticed is that buyers typically receive their orders within the following time frames.

First-class shipping – 3-7 days delivery
Priority shipping – 2-3 days delivery
Express shipping – 1-2 day delivery

Do you offer a different price if I were to buy in bulk?

Unfortunately, we do not have the manufacturing power to offer bulk prices. The price marked on each individual listing is the most reasonable set price per item for the material and handmade quality.
