After going through an unexpected and challenging season in my life, I found myself looking for a way to create something positive—something that could provide a little extra income for my family while allowing me the flexibility to work at my own pace.
Property management is something I know firsthand. I understand how quickly paperwork, tenant communication, maintenance requests, rent tracking, and all the little details of managing rental properties can become overwhelming.
That experience inspired me to create Simple Forms. Stronger Rentals.
I started designing the kinds of practical tools I would want to have at my fingertips—clean, organized forms, spreadsheets, checklists, and packets that make everyday property management a little simpler.
What began as a way to help support my family while rebuilding after a difficult chapter has become something I’m genuinely excited to grow.
