What happens if my item is damaged or lost by the Post Office
Etsy will refund items lost in transit (only to original shipping address on order). You must open a case with me (will not effect my shop in any way) in order for them to proceed. I will replace an item damaged in transit by the Post Office (please send picture). I WILL NOT refund or replace any item shown as delivered in the tracking information, you will have to contact your Post Office.
