How to I access my files?
After purchase you'll receive a download link from Etsy. Click it to download a PDF containing your Google Drive link and full instructions.
From Google Drive you can download your complete set of high resolution print files. No Google account needed - just click and download.
Your files will be delivered as high resolution JPGs or PDFs, ready to print at home or at a professional print shop.
What size should I choose?
Your download includes a full guide to choosing the right size for your space. I provide 6 different size ratios, so whether you're printing small or large, portrait or landscape, there's a file ready to go. Just scale up or down at your print shop or at home.
Should I print at home or in store?
Both work well - it depends on your budget and how quickly you want it on your wall. Printing in store gives you a more professional finish. Print shops offer a wide choice of paper stocks and the staff can advise on the best option for your print. Just take your file on a USB or send it digitally.
WHAT PAPER SHOULD I CHOOSE? 200gsm or above works beautifully. Heavyweight matte, premium cardstock or fine art paper are all great options. Avoid standard copy or gloss.
Can I print more than once?
Yes - as many times as you like for personal use. Change your mind, move house, fancy a refresh? Just print again. That's the beauty of digital downloads.
Will the colours look the same when printed?
Colours can vary slightly depending on your printer, paper, and screen calibration. This is normal and applies to all printed artwork. For the most accurate results, a professional print shop will give you the best colour output. If in doubt, do a small test print first.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products I'm unable to offer refunds or cancellations once a file has been downloaded. If you have any issues at all please message me and I'll do everything I can to help.
Can I use this image commercially?
All Loede prints are for single personal use only. They cannot be resold, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes or gifting digitally.
