Great idea. Fast shipping. No instructions on how to assemble which is very disappointing as I had no clue how to put together.

Caleb was awesome. My dumb picky cat hated this bowl. I reached out to Caleb and asked if he'd be willing to do something custom with a bowl I know Dumb Cat likes, as a long shot. I sent him a link, he bought the bowl, designed a custom connector, and accepted the return. He really didn't have to do that, but I appreciate so much how he went above and beyond, and helped me solve a problem that's been absolutely plaguing me! He was so kind and accommodating, and though I haven't received the final product yet, I was happy with the quality of the original purchase, and he sent me photos of the custom creation.

The seller was very response when it came to questions I had! I didn’t realize the base and bowl were two separate pieces. I originally just bought the base without the bowl. When I contacted the seller, he was very responsive and took action. He canceled and refunded the original order and I was able to buy the correct one. Thank you!
