Frequently asked questions
Is this a digital or a physical product?
Listings marked "Digital download" are files you download and print yourself. Nothing is shipped. Physical items (such as mugs, puzzles or blankets) are made to order by my production partner and shipped to you.
How do I get my files?
After checkout, your files are ready to download from Purchases and Reviews on Etsy. You can re-download them anytime.
Can I use the digital products on a tablet?
Most of them, yes. Planners, coloring pages and puzzle pages work in GoodNotes, Notability, Procreate or any PDF app with a pen tool. Packs with cut-outs, labels or papercraft are made for printing.
Which size should I print?
Use US Letter in the US and Canada, and A4 everywhere else. Print at 100% ("actual size") so nothing gets cut off.
Do I have to do everything in order?
No. Start on any page, any day, and skip what you like. Planners are undated, and there's no catching up and no failing.
Can I print the files more than once?
Yes, as often as you like for personal use. Please don't share or resell the files.
What if my physical item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Message me with a photo, and I'll make sure you get a replacement or a refund.
