I was up against the clock with ordering felt letters AND specific images for an organization within the church. I messaged several different felt shops on Etsy because I knew the imagines would be tricky and after a few "no's" this shop did not hesitate to learn more about what I needed. After sending the images and direction it was a quick absolutely. She is a master with felt, creating over 80 letters and 8 very specific images for me in a matter of days. Communication and the quality of work is so appreciated. I got the product early and everything was even more amazing in person. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
