I switch from my phone to my laptop to download this product, so I would have a larger screen to read. it downloaded perfectly! Seller was there if I needed help! Wonderful customer service with my purchase! I am excited to read this book. New author but already on the best seller list! 5 Star seller!

To be clear, this novel is excellent. I highly recommend reading it. However, this method of obtaining it was not optimal, and the process of reading it was not great. When you buy a download like this, it is just the text in a PDF file. You can upload it to your kindle (via a 15-minute convoluted process), but the issue is the layout. It doesn't have full pages of text - some stop after several lines and then show the link oceanpdf.com. I presume the text continues unabridged on the next page, but it seems weird that the physical book has 387 pages and so does this, but with a bunch of half empty pages! Also, the text is mostly in BOLD font, which is awful to read over time. The parts that aren't bold are random, so again, it's hard to read. For the price, some people may be able to tolerate this, but I won't buy another.

could not get item to load through app or feom email link. I reached out about this and got immediate response. would only download through internet but I could not open any chapter. I reached back out on same thread and have been ghosted all day. no response. no offer for refund, no offer to help or suggestions. I have never downloaded on Etsy before and never will again.
