Are your items made to order?
Yes 🤍 All items are made to order especially for you. This allows us to reduce waste and offer thoughtfully created designs with care.
How long does it take to process my order?
Processing time is usually 1–5 business days before your order is shipped.
Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location. Standard shipping time usually 2-5 business days.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged or with an error, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.
How do I choose the correct size for apparel?
Each product listing includes a size chart. We recommend reviewing it carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
Are the colors exactly the same as shown in the photos?
We do our best to display colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that time, the order goes into production and cannot be modified.

You can also ship directly to the recipient.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
