fantastic quality, and a great size without being too large. the shoulder straps were way more comfortable than I anticipated, and I have terrible chronic shoulder pain. it evenly distributed the bag weight, and never hurt my shoulders

Bag arrived quickly and holds a surprising amount of things while still being slim and not bulky. I was looking for something I could carry as a backpack or a tote and this fit the bill perfectly. Love all the pockets/ compartments on the inside and outside of the bag, which makes it easy to keep things organized. The inner liner is neon orange, which isn’t my first choice, but it does make it easier to see and find things in the bag. Feels like high quality construction. Material is as advertised. Had a smell (not bad, just present) in the packaging but not noticeable after an hour or so of taking it out. Shipped quickly but the shipping company they used never updated their tracking to a specific date (just a 5-day range given when the label was first created, arrived in the middle of the range given).

These are beautiful. Looks great in our office and helps with the echoing.

High quality, including the framing. Good service. A slight disappointment in the color of the beige panels which didn't look as warm as in the photos, but happy I ordered!

We recently purchased a new home with 20-foot ceilings in our den, and we were looking for an attractive way to help with the acoustics. From the very beginning, our experience with Massform has been wonderful. I spoke with Amber on several occasions, and she was always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of my questions. When one of the frames arrived damaged, Amber immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out, which was greatly appreciated. We’ve now installed the panels, and so far, we definitely think we notice a difference in the sound of the room. We are very pleased with both the product and the exceptional customer service we received. Thank you, Amber and Massform, for making the entire experience so easy and enjoyable!

The acoustic panels are high quality and really great to look at. However, the mounting hardware when using standoffs is pretty terrible. I worked with a taskrabbit who specialized in wall mounting (art, TVs, etc) and they said this is one of the worst products they worked with; it took them about 2.5 hours to mount 6.

Great quality, beautiful design, just as described. I went ahead and added back lighting and french cleats with 3/4 of an inch nylon spacers for mounting. Thank you. 🙏🏻

10/5 Customer service! Such and amazing bag! <3

Excellent quality, would buy again!

Custom ordered the Wave Set in Sandstone color, well packaged, looks amazing and has reduced echo in this area of the living room 👍
