Frequently asked questions
How do I use this in Google Sheets?
Download the .xlsx file, go to drive.google.com and choose New > File upload. Open the uploaded file with Google Sheets, then use File > Save as Google Sheets to keep a native copy. Every template is tested in Google Sheets as well as Excel.
Which Excel versions does it work with?
Excel 2016 and newer on Windows and Mac, including Microsoft 365. The files use classic formulas only: no macros, no add-ins and no internet connection needed. If you use Apple Numbers or Excel on a phone, we recommend Google Sheets instead.
How do I download my files?
After your payment is confirmed, open Etsy in a web browser and go to You > Purchases and reviews, then click Download files. Etsy also emails you a download link. Downloads may not work inside the Etsy app, so please use a browser.
Can I edit the template?
Yes. Nothing is locked where you type: add your own categories, rename labels, sort and filter freely. Calculated pages are protected without a password only to prevent accidental formula deletion; you can turn this off with Review > Unprotect Sheet.
Can I use my own currency?
Yes. Amounts are plain numbers, so any currency works. Templates that track money have a currency symbol setting on the setup page, which is used in the labels and totals headings.
Is this a subscription?
No. It is a one-time purchase and the file is yours to keep. There is no app, account or monthly fee. This is a digital download; nothing will be shipped. Files are for your personal or own business use; please do not share or resell them.
