Hi Hannah, I’m honestly disappointed to see this review, especially because the phone case you received was exactly as described, not defective, and fully protected under Etsy’s non-returnable items policy. Phone cases are made-to-order, custom-printed, and created specifically for each buyer — which means returns are not allowed unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In your case, the product was delivered in perfect condition. It’s important for future buyers to understand that a return cannot be granted simply because the customer no longer wants the item after receiving it. That isn’t a customer service issue — it’s Etsy’s policy and basic fairness to small shops that produce each item on demand.
