Custom and personalised orders
Unfortunately I do not offer custom orders at the moment
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds and exchanges are not available, as access cannot be revoked once the product has been delivered. However, if you accidentally purchase a duplicate item, I will be happy to issue a refund for the duplicate. Please also contact me if you experience any problems with your files.
You can't access the images
Please click the link in the PDF to access the Dropbox folder or Google drive folder. From there, you can download all the images at once or individually. If they are in a dropbox folder and you see a dropbox login prompt when clicking the download button, look for the option at the bottom of the screen that says “Continue with download only ”—this will allow you to proceed without logging in.
PLEASE NOTE: Etsy does not currently have the option of downloading from the Etsy app, so you will need to use a browser.

Where to find downloads?
If you've purchased with an Etsy account
Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
Go to Purchases and review.

You will also be emailed the files.
If you've purchased as a guest
Etsy will automatically email you the downloadable files upon payment confirmation.
Terms of use
You can use all clipart and pngs for unlimited personal and commercial projects, including print on demand. They can be used without modifications.
My only restriction is you cannot resell these in their original format as digital clipart. Also they cannot be given away for free
Technical info, sizing and printing
Most PNG files are sized at 4096 x 4096 pixels (though some may vary—please check individual listings for exact dimensions). All PNGs are high-resolution at 300 DPI.
For best print quality, we recommend printing PNG files at a maximum size of approximately 12.5 x 12.5 inches. Printing larger may result in a loss of image clarity, while printing smaller is perfectly fine.
Listings that include SVG files offer fully scalable designs that can be resized to any dimension without losing quality.
When you try download you get a prompt saying dropbox wants you to 'log in'
If you see a dropbox login prompt when clicking the download button, look for the option at the bottom of the screen that says “Continue with download only ”—this will allow you to proceed without logging in.
Why do my files say 'corrupt' or won't print?
This issue is usually caused by the files not downloading or opening correctly, rather than a problem with the files themselves. All files are tested before upload to ensure they work properly.
Please check the following:
• Make sure the files have fully downloaded and that the download was not interrupted
• Avoid opening the files directly in a browser preview or unsupported programs such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (which is designed for PDFs)
