How does delivery time and scheduling work, especially for custom designs?
Ready-made digital items are delivered immediately via automatic download link. For custom designs, we must agree on delivery timing beforehand. I provide an estimated timeframe (e.g., 3–7 business days) based on project complexity; if workload or scope changes, we update accordingly. I don’t start until timing is clear.
What is my revision allowance and how is pricing handled?
The number of revisions depends on order detail and is stated in the listing or discussion. I prioritize customer satisfaction and try to offer free revisions as long as we are in sketch phase. After sketch approval, substantial changes may incur extra fees; minor tweaks or corrections due to my mistake are fixed free of charge. It’s important to agree on revision scope before ordering.
Custom and personalized orders
The standard license covers individual use (streaming, social media, personal projects). If you need an extended commercial license (merchandise, resale, large campaigns, etc.), contact me before ordering—we’ll discuss terms and additional fees. I don’t begin until licensing terms are clear.
How are file formats and compatibility handled?
Specify required format (PNG, layered PSD, Procreate, .overlay, etc.) before ordering. I provide formats compatible with common software. For example, Twitch overlay as .overlay or transparent PNG; portraits as PNG/JPG, with layered PSD/Procreate file on request. If you need a different program, let me know in advance and I’ll accommodate.
How is support provided if there’s a technical issue or incompatibility?
If you encounter file opening or usage issues, notify me immediately via Etsy message. I’ll provide format conversion or resend files as needed. I can also create a simple video tutorial showing step-by-step usage. I aim to resolve technical issues promptly.
