When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship within 3-6 business days of placing your order. If it is a bulk order, processing time can be changed, it depends on the amounts of items. You can find your ship date in your order details! If you are unsure at all, please don't hesitate to contact me! I'm always happy to answer any questions you may have :)
Review
Please do not leave negative or neutral feedback until we have had a chance to resolve the issue! Please do not leave feedback based on your experience with the post office and/or shipping times and not our product or service. As much as we would love to control the postal service and deliver your items within our timeframe, we simply can't tell them how fast to deliver it and it is their responsibility.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations, only 2 hours after you placed the order. All orders go to work the next day. But if you still want to cancel the order after 2 hours, please contact us and we will definitely solve this issue. Thank you for understanding.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to custom style we offered in total more than 20 colors to choose from, different fabrics: satin, velvet to choose from and sewing by your measurements, so the items are non-returnable. Please note that even if you order for a standard size, we will still make the dress based on the chosen color and fabric so this is custom made as well. We cannot sell this item again as this completely sews on your measurements and wishes (color, length, etc). All clothes are hand made once an order is received, therefore, everything is considered CUSTOM MADE. So it is really important that you be responsible for the measurements that you give us when you place the order, because we sew dress exactly by your measurements.
Track your order
After sending your order, you will receive a delivery notification to your e-mail, in your ETSY account you can find your order and see the track number, please kindly, track your package until you receive a notification that it has arrived at the department you need. You can track your package yourself at the official city post. In case you have any questions with the tracking of the parcel, please contact us and we will gladly try to help you. Please note that we do not accept returns, in case you did not take your package from the post office. We will be forced to send the parcel to you again after your order returns to us.
Production time
We are ready to sew you the most beautiful outfit on time and without delay, but for this we need your timely confirmation of the order, as well as all the necessary measurements for sewing your order. Production time is 3-6 business days and during this period we must receive confirmation from you, in order to avoid delivery delays. Make sure you receive an order confirmation and answer all our questions about your order. We are always in touch, do not hesitate to ask us clarifying questions for a quick order.
