Is anything shipped?
No. All items are digital downloads. Nothing physical will be mailed.
How do I get my files?
Downloads are available as soon as Etsy confirms your payment. You can find them under You > Purchases on Etsy, and Etsy also emails you a download link.
What software do I need?
Microsoft Excel (2016 or newer, or Microsoft 365), Google Sheets (free; upload the .xlsx file and open it in Sheets) or LibreOffice Calc. No macros are used.
Returns and refunds
Because these are instant digital downloads, we don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, which is standard for digital items on Etsy. If a file won't open, is damaged, or doesn't match its description, message us and we'll fix it, send a replacement, or refund you. This doesn't affect any rights you have under Etsy's policies or applicable law.
Can you customize a file?
The files are unlocked, so you can edit them yourself. We may be able to answer questions about how a formula works. Message us first.
