All our items are shipped insured and are subject to insurance claims if any damage occurs during transit. Please carefully inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage, kindly let us know right away and provide photos of the damaged item(s) from all angles, the box from all angles, the shipping label, and the interior wrapping/packing materials. This is essential for us to file a claim with the carrier. Please also hold onto the box, packaging, and damaged item until the claim is fully processed, as the carrier may need to inspect them. Not retaining these items could void the claim.
