5 out of 5 starsEdited Review: I posted my review about an issue and the owner offered to replace the cover immediately. I am excited and glad to be getting an undamaged one. She assured me this hasn't happened before, and neither of us could figure out why it did on mine. But I am pleased with the response, especially since the cover is great. I love how it looks. I have edited my rating to reflect my pleasure with the product itself and the customer service. Previous Review: I love the look of this item, but it started rubbing off on the edges in the first week I got it. Now, two months later, the bottom edge is disappearing and I don't even carry it around much and when I do it's in a soft, fur-lined case. There is no reason for this. It is disappointing. As I said, I love the way it looks, but I fear it won't look good much longer.

5 out of 5 starsThis kindle case is soooo cute and great quality, the design is not blurry or pixelated - it’s very clear and the material feels sturdy. I’m so happy there was an options for a clear back for those of us who like stickers :) 10/10 would recommend
